Our Business
The Big Sur Bar business began in our small coffee house on the California Central Coast. We baked the bars and served them in-house, until we began to package the bars and wholesale them to other local businesses. Other stores out of the Central Coast area began to sell the bars and our internet site was launched to reach those that had the bars in CA and then returned home to another state. As time went by, the Big Sur Bars became more of a focus than the coffee house, which we sold in 2005 to produce and sell the Big Sur Bars on a full-time basis. We remain a small business, committed to providing our customers with a wholesome, quality, fresh product. If you think we are just another big company with another bar, think again. We are a small company with a freshly baked bar that is very BIG!
